The door will open at latest 15 min before the class starts. Please come early, so you have time to settle on your mat before class begins.
We have everything you might need, mats and so on. But you are welcome to bring your own mat, if you prefer.
We recommend that you don’t practice yoga on a full stomach. You can eat a little fruit up to an hour before class, but leave a couple of hours at least, after a full meal.
Leave your shoes in the changing area, so we keep the floors clean. It is an advantage with fairly tight comfortable clothes, very baggy clothes is more distracting than helpful. Cleanliness of the body, mind and space is a useful tool in yoga practice. Please avoid wearing heavy perfume and keep the practice room tidy.
The first time you visit us, we ask you to write down your name, address, telephone nr and in case you want our news mail; your e-mail adr, in our guestbook. From then on you just write your name in the calendar whenever you take a class. This way we always know who has been to class when. Signing up for class is currently either by writing your name in the calendar in advance, or by sending us a text with name, time and date of class you wish to sign up for. Payment is received either in cash or via banktransfer. You can also send us Money via MobilePay or Svipp, at nr: 50272839
Please tell us if you have any physical problems, even if you don’t find it relevant. Joining a class is under your own responsibility, but we are trained to and would like to take care of any special needs during class. Be aware that waking up and discovering your body may expose former injuries or body memories, so let us know!
